What is your challenge?
 
  • You build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our clients and understanding their needs and those from the industry
  • By designing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programs, you expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence on the market
  • You discover and acquire new customers, whether by telephone, customer visits or at trade fairs and industry events or conferences
  • Your reports on sales opportunities and customer visits help building realistic forecasts for the sales and management team to build up a successful sales strategy
  • You identify an report on new markets, sales opportunities, product innovations and market changes and are therefore always one step ahead of the competition
  • You will work closely with our Customer Support Team to provide our customers with the best possible service
  • In addition you have a strong link with the Applications Developers, Product Developers and Purchasing

What are we looking for?
 
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have completed technical training in the field of plastics
  • Thanks to several years of experience in the plastics industry, you know the markets and requirements of our customers
  • With your proactive, result-driven and business-oriented working style, you manage to shape the sales process from A to Z
  • Your excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills help you to communicate with our customers and over all levels of the organisation
  • You speak English and German fluently (C1 Level), knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
  • To build up strong relationships to our customers and different departments of the company, you are willing to travel within Europe frequently (ca. 2 days a week)
